Read More clear RRDSB Statement regarding EQAO Grade 9 Math Assessment 01/09/2020 Yesterday, the Minister of Education announced that the decision with respect to the administration of the EQAO Grade 9 Math Assessment for Semester One would be left to individual school boards. Students in the Rainy River District School Board will not be participating in the EQAO Grade 9 Math Assessment this January. Read More clear Student Travel Scholarship application process now open 11/08/2019 The Student Travel Scholarship is designed to give high school students the opportunity to travel to a developing country to learn first-hand about the importance of education, clean water, alternative income and agricultural projects. Students in Grades 9 to 11 are able to apply for this scholarship of $1,000, to help offset the cost of attending a Me-to-We trip during the summer months. Eligible students must be returning to their high school the fall after their trip and must be willing to bring back and share their learning with their school and other schools within the Board.
